Return & Refund Policy

At The Abraiz Academy, we strive to provide high-quality education and a smooth enrollment experience. This Return & Refund Policy explains how we handle fee refunds, cancellations, and adjustments for our programs.

1. Fee Payment & Confirmation

  • All program enrollments require payment of the applicable fees.

  • Enrollment is confirmed only after full or partial payment (as per the selected payment plan) and submission of required documents.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Program Cancellation by Academy: If a course or program is canceled by the academy, students are eligible for a full refund of any fees paid.

  • Duplicate Payment: If a payment is made in error or multiple times for the same program, the extra amount will be refunded.

  • Exceptional Circumstances: Refund requests may be considered for medical emergencies or unavoidable personal reasons, subject to approval by academy management.

3. Refund Process

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or contact form.

  • The request should include:

    • Student name and ID (if applicable)

    • Program name

    • Reason for refund

    • Payment details (receipt, transaction ID, etc.)

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after approval.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

The following payments are non-refundable:

  • Enrollment fees for programs that have already commenced (unless canceled by the academy).

  • Fees for missed classes or sessions.

  • Administrative fees, registration fees, or materials fees (if applicable).

5. Program Transfers

  • In certain cases, a student may request to transfer enrollment to another program or session.

  • Transfers are subject to availability and approval by academy management.

  • No additional fees will be charged if the transfer is approved, unless the new program has a higher fee.

6. Method of Refund

  • Refunds will generally be made via the same method of payment used at the time of enrollment.

  • Bank transfers may require additional processing time.
